There is a crack on the top of the tub in the master bath that will need to be patched. The door on the master bath is not plumb - it swings open all by itself. Also the water temperature in the master bath is not very hot. It only gets up to 109 which is only tepid. I think the thermal mixing valve is adjusted too low. We like 120 degree water. Or at least 115. Other than that we were busy this week end putting in the furniture and drapes and cleaning, etc. Oh, also there was water from the rain leaking down inside the wall by the front door . It was coming out of the outside light fixture and in the doorway. I noticed the same thing on the door next to ours. Brian was shown this and said he would call the engineer to see what was going on an open .50 ac partially fenced in back yard with 2 Sheds & Carpet ...Large Screened in side Porch is a must see!
